Architectural Design:
The design strategy suggests and promotes the new production-oriented, open-plan office spaces found in innovative offices abroad. The oval shape enables a uniform and pleasant combination of natural lighting and clear views, to create an efficient and novel work setting with regards to the existing property market in the city.

The building is currently rented to a local bank with a long term lease. Every two years there is an increase of 4% based on the agreements.

The building is designed as two identical, oval-shaped towers with panoramic windows.
This approach seeks to create a uniform daylighting strategy for the office interiors and provide views for all employees. A strategy used to minimize artificial lighting costs and to boost productivity.
The actual situation of the building on its site, within its real urban context, successfully activates and amplifies this concept.
All around the building, with its close proximity, are low-rise residential buildings, which do not obstruct the view from the offices or the daylighting of its spaces.
The North to North-East sides of the building, beyond a small area of unobtrusive low-rise residential houses, is an open landscape leading to a mountain view.
This is particularly important, as the most desirable views from the building do not require sun control and shading.
Solutions as direct sunlight does not enter from here, enabling clear views and abundant natural light to be maximized in the complex.
The remaining sides of the building look towards a city landscape, but do not have obstructed views due to the low-rise nature of the surrounding buildings. These sides of the building require varying levels of sun control dependent on the time of year, as illustrated in the diagram, but do not effect the overall effectiveness of natural lighting or clear views due to the previously mentioned oval shape.
The only obtrusive building is directly adjacent to the project. However, this reality offers a benefit as its placement blocks the early morning, easterly-dun which is low, distractive and undesirable in office environments.
